Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is $99. 
 

Is there free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $500 or more ship free.

How long does shipping take?

Wholesale orders ship within 48 to 72 hours of payment. We ship Monday through Thursday. Orders placed Thursday evening or later are processed on Monday. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

How do I start my own jewelry brand?
Start with the Trendstarter Box, a curated mix of our best earring styles, or choose a launch package. Select packages include a website built for your brand. Visit the Start Your Brand page to get started.

Do I need a website to buy your earrings?
No. You can buy wholesale earrings on their own. A website is included with select launch packages.

What is your refund and return policy?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or order changes after payment. Please review your order carefully before you check out.
